Viterbi Vultures won the toss and elected to bowl first. Raghav Madanand PaRas Arora opened the innings for Cardinal Knights. They gave a solid start scoring at 12 runs per over and Raghav Madan went on to score his first 50 of Cromwell Premier League. Once Paras Arora and Raghav Madan got out, Rana Aijaz and Prateek Rohela increased the scoring further by raining sixes and fours. Rana Aijaz went on to score 39 off16 deliveries before getting runout by Muthu RG. Prateek Rohela continued the onslaught and took the Cardinal Knights score to 188 in 15 overs. In the process Prateek Rohela scored 40 off 12 deliveries.
Mayur Shah was the pick of the bowlers for Viterbi Vultures.
Chasing a target of 189, Viterbi Vultures started their innings with Krupa Patel. Krupa Patel scored 15 runs off 8 deliveries. Chethan Venkateshand Sohan Shetty came to open the batting for Viterbi Vultures. Chethan Venkatesh was caught of the second ball by Raghav Madhan at mid on of the bowling of Vaibhav Oberoi. Prayut Patel took a blinder to get rid of Sohan Shetty in the over of Prateek Rohela. Viterbi Vultures were never able to recover from that and kept losing wickets at regular intervals. Prayut Patel, Raghav Madhan, Jeet Mody and Pradyu Rock all were in the wicket column.
Prateek was declared man of the match for his all-round performance.
