Paritosh rebuilt the innings in the middle overs and was well supported by quick 17 off 9 by Mike Windes. However, the Tigers kept the lid on the scoring rate and restricted VV for 97. Paritosh was the highest run-getter scoring 23 off 25 deliveries. Bharadwaj Jayaram was the pick of the bowler who ended up with the bowling figure of 3/18 in his 3 overs. He was well supported by Gaurav (2/13), Sagar (2/11) and Sanjay (2/31).
